Apartment Review for Camden Pinehurst Apartments - Charlotte, NC

If you love to do laundry outside in 30 degree weather in the winter you will love the outdoor washer and dryer hook up unit or you can choose to walk a mile to the laundry facility on site. This is an old ugly apt. complex that has been paid off for years and they won't upgrade. There there are no cealling fans in any room and no lights in the family room. The sink is 100 years old. Beware of the spiders and bugs and ANTS!! There are so many of them inside of the complex and outside on the back porch where the washer and dryer go. You can forget about keeping your back porch clean cause the leaves for all the ugly trees will fall again and again. OH! and if something beaks in your apt. or you need them to spray for ants or bugs you might as well do it yourself cause it took them 3 weeks to get someone to spray for the bugs! I would suggest you keep looking. Try university area it is less expensive and is a very nice area.
