Apartment Review for Camden Pinehurst Apartments - Charlotte, NC

This was once a great neighborhood, but in the past two years, things have went comepletely downhill. The apartments which should have been renovated a long time ago show their age with cracks in the ceiling covered with paint and bathrooms that have cracks in the tub, sink, and floor. Parking is the worst. I tried complaining since after all I was told at move-in if there were any problems that they would audit the area. I have one car and no parking space in the entire area almost everyday. This requires me parking on the opposite end of my building, where I cannot even see my car. Neighbors are rude. So many of my neighbors have 4 adults and two kids living in a two-bedroom apartment. They have 3 or more cars and let their kids run all over the place without any supervision. The rent office has no control over anything. They say that they have no way of proving more than two adults live in an apartment or have more than two cars, and are completely against assigned parking spaces. Take my advice, don't move here. You won't be happy!
