Apartment Review for Providence Court - Charlotte, NC

The staff is very unprofessional. They do not return your calls, they try and make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them rather than they are there to help you. The "security" gate is a joke. It works half the time and there are always 10 people waiting to follow you in every evening. There are a lot of dirty stray cats around all the time and junky abandoned cars taking up the few parking spots. The pool has no security so there are always a lot of non-residents coming to use it.
