Apartment Review for Providence Square Racquet Club - Charlotte, NC

I';ve lived here through 4 management companies and honestly none of them have served the interest of the resident. I've reported my downstairs toliet problem 5 times or more to the office. Maintaince has come 3 times & the problem is still not fixed. The apartment are spacious but need much repair & none of the companies want to take responsiblility on upgrading. Yeah! Berkshire has upgraded a few apartments but what about the people paying rent for the ones that still have many many problems. ***DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE *** YOU WILL REGRET IT!
