Apartment Review for Retreat At Mcalpine - Charlotte, NC

This complex sucks bad!!!! Its over priced and not worth it. The maintenance sucks, our closet racks fell down at 3 am and all they could tell us is that we cant put more than 25 lbs of clothes on the racks. We can never find a parking space. Everybody in the building parties heavy and are really loud all night. You cant wash the cars because all of the washing centers are broke down. We were shown the apartment when the people before us had trashed it because they were evicted and had pit bulls. Although there are tons of people who have pit bulls, german shepards, and dobermans in the complex. She said that this never happens but our neighbors said it happened to them as well. So they are not well organized at all. They say one thing and do another. They have huge attitudes like they are better than you at the front desk. The pool is always closed due to them not cleaning it properly. There are drug dealers in the neighborhood. So to the point... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!
