Apartment Review for River Birch Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I have lived here for over a year. With in that year... my apartment flooded (due to old pipes) they did not put in new carpet, they just played it off like it was not a big deal, and it was not their fault the pipes busted! There is trash all over the grounds, and non-residents constantly walking around, tearing up the pool, grills and what ever else they want to because the management team is to scared to run them away. There have been quit a few car break-ins. When it can time to renew, the jack up the price so much it was cheaper for me to move to a better, nicer apartment in Charlotte. Take heed…stay away!
