Apartment Review for Runaway Bay - Charlotte, NC

I have lived at Runaway Bay for a year and it has been the WORST experience ever!!! NOTHING in the apartment works properly and the office staff, excluding Claudia, is EXTREMELY NASTY!!! I have an AC/HEATING unit that blows out very little warm or cool air, a leaky roof in the living room, a stove that does not work, a smoke alarm that goes off every night at midnight that will not stop, leaky kitchen sink, ...the list goes on and on...I have been waiting since Monday for maintenance to come fix a broken garbage disposal. Today is Thursday; they have not shown up yet!!! I would NOT advise ANYONE to move here. The apartments and staff are horrible. They have a HUGE turnover bc nobody wants to live here....to top it off, there's little mi' ha's(kids) running all over the place whenever you drive up making it extremely difficult to drive in the parking lot!!! RENTER BEWARE!!
