after the 2nd floor neighbor(who doesn't even legally live here) caused a fire on her balcony putting everyone in the building at risk, management has done an amazing job taking care of this situation. i am completely satisfied with the steps they are taking to ensure everyone's safety and happiness at the complex.  Need to rent an apartment?
