Property manager, MB does not take action when needed. There has been multiple shootings & break ins just over the past four months and the noise from other tenants never gets addressed. You are instructed to handle it yourself. The same rules doesn't apply to everyone and it is an unsafe place to raise your family!  Need to rent an apartment?
