Sterling Dilworth is more than a little tarnished

Sterling Dilworth is all hype, little substance. Units are VERY overpriced for the image of living in Dilworth... which isn't all that great- a dozen shops, big deal. This is NOT urban living at it's finest.  Need to rent an apartment?
