Apartment Review for Stone Point Apartments - Charlotte, NC

The grounds are filthy, trash everywhere. Trash is always being blown on my patio (ground floor, so no fence). Huge insect problem, supposedly you have to volunteer yourself on the list to be visited by the exterminator which makes no sense if the apartments right next to you don't get on the list, their bugs will still be in the building. Most of the tenants here don't speak English and have not adopted the American way of hygiene and cleanliness. I have a mold problem and found out from contacting others from other apartment review sites that other tenants have mold problems also. We are just now getting more action done by maintenance because we called the Department of Health on them. They let people have their Spanish Church Concerts on the tennis courts, music band, stage, speakers, the works.. while people live RIGHT NEXT to the court. My baby's room was filled with loud music that day!These complexes are old, filthy, and moldy. Don't come here, its nasty and bad for your health!
