Apartment Review for Stone Point Apartments - Charlotte, NC

when i came and toured the model of the apartment complex it was VERY nice!!! after i signed the lease and opened the door to my "nice apartment" all of the nice visions went right out of the window! i immediately felt like i wanted 2 puke! it was the total opposite of what i had expected. it seems like the walls are made of paper because i can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors' apmts. the appliances were so old and the refrigerator was raggedy ever since the 1st day i moved in. ive been filing complaints about it since ive been here and the manager has yet done nothing about it. no one is hardly ever in the front office which is a shame also. i had 2 tear up my BRAND NEW furniture just 2 get it in the door and u cant imagine how pissed i was about that. i have 2 put in a order 4 the exterminator 2 come and spray my apmt @ least every 2-3 weeks because bugs from outside are always getting inside my apmt. Parking here is a shame because visitors are always taking up the good parking spaces, leaving residents' 2 have 2 walk a distance just to get to their apmt. i wish someone had've warned me b4 i signed for this dump. THIS PLACE IS VERY NASTY!!! mold was growing in the kitchen and bathroom before moved in. i really feel like they should knock these apartments down because it is not worth staying here. it is very expensive (for what reason i dont know) and i feel like they should be paying us 2 stay here. as soon as my lease is over with i am running out of here and never looking back! Y do u always see the 'now leasing' signs on the side of the road? people do not waste your time!!!
