Don't move here! While the bus line may be convenient to some interested in this neighborhood please keep in mind that there are other more important things to consider. Maintenance staff is extremely incompetent. The property management is extremely cheap. As a result, there are only a couple of maintenance personnel and they are responsible for repairs on this property as well as others that this company manages. Work orders are often not taken care of. I have had situations such as broken heat in the Winter, that have gone not fixed because maintenance staff was not skilled enough to correct the problem and the property manager is too cheap to call in a skilled contractor. If you call in a maintenance request at this place--you will be lucky if it is fixed that very same week and if it is, the same problem will probably happen again or something else will break a month later. Recently I had some water damage due to a faulty water heater in my apartment. Not only has the water damage not been repaired but the mold in my apartment that has grown because of their inability to handle this situation properly has not been treated. The incident happened over two weeks ago. Do not move here! If you do, you will be wasting your rent money on an apartment in a complex where the grounds are not kept clean, and where the residents are not valued. Save yourself the trouble!
