Apartment Review for The Fairington Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I was pleased with the location and the rental rates. However, with water gods have frowned upon The Fairington. I had constant water issues: Leaks from upstairs, the bottom of the water heater rusted away and soaked my entire apartment, leaks from the chimey. I have been told by other residents that live on the ground level that they actually had mushrooms growing in their bathrooms. The place just needs a good renovation.
