Apartment Review for The Residences At Braemar - Charlotte, NC

I have been living here for over 3 years and I love it! New management took over last year and I love the changes they have made. They make people follow the rules, take care of you when you need something and they REALLY return your calls. Maintenance is the best at any apartment I have ever lived at. Lynn & Danielle in the office are the best. I lost my job a few months ago and was going to be late on my rent for the first time in 3 years. I went in the office and talked to Danielle and she really spent the time listening to me. She is so nice. Then I went and met with Lynn the manager and she was wonderful. She told me what a great resident I was and she understood that I was going to be late and gave me numbers to places that could help me with my rent. Then I was spending days in the business center trying to find a new job and Lynn called me into the office and told me she made a call to some people she knew and told them all about me and I called them and started to work 2 days later! I can not believe she did so much for me and how much she helped me. I went in to thank her and heard Danielle trying to help another resident find a job. How many apartment staff do you know of that will or has done this for you'' I am so Thanksful to the staff for everything they have done for me. The property is beautiful and right next to Northlake Mall. If you are looking for a great apartment in a good location and the best staff in the world then you need to move here. I will stay here as long as the staff stays !
