Apartment Review for The Vinoy - Charlotte, NC

On the outside, the apartments looks great...On the inside they look great, but the noise level is annoying. I can hear the person above me from the minute they walk through his/her door. The floor boards make so much noise anytime this person walks. It sounds like a marching band lives upstairs. I can also hear the person beside me. Anytime they have a conversation in their bedroom (which is right by mine), I can hear them..well. If you like peace and quite make sure you choose the 3rd floor or go elsewhere because you won't get any peace!
