Apartment Review for The Vinoy - Charlotte, NC

Dont get cheated by the looks of the appartment, if you have to stay here it comes with cost on top of the rent you pay. The cost i was talking is about the people you have to deal with managing the property. They are extreamly rude, unfriendly (especially Kristen Sabiston and Mani) and at times very impolite. They define and device their own ways to manipualte the rents and rules. They literally lie when we approach them asking them why they are not keeping up to what they promised. Being an open community this property is ectreamly unsafe, in the 2 years i stayed there i have heard a break-in every single week which includes my own appartment. As somebody in their reviews said, if you want to live here be prepared to deal with the rough management, to files complaints to police and last but not the least to abide to some of the weirdest of the rules in the world of appartment renting.
