Apartment Review for Tryon House Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I have lived here for about 2 years, and I have to say I have been pleased with the noise level and the maintenance. The down side is they do not allow any pets but the upside is the rent to live in Downtown is very affordable. I live in one of the largest units in the building and I am paying 825.00 per month to live here! I have a corner apartment facing Tryon St, it can be loud but I am used to it by now, if you are into the city feel this place is for you. The people are actually very nice and the class of people living here is shockingly upper classy for the location. There are security camera's everywhere so I always feel safe, and I have not had major issues with the parking lot!, in the begging I did, but that problem apparently has been gone for over a year now. So there are trade offs, like not paying 2000 per month for a similar apartment in uptown. I would say get on the waiting list, I did, I was on the list for about 2 years but I finally got the call!, so here I am, no regrets...I might stay for another 2 years...
