Apartment Review for Waterford Creek Apartments - Charlotte, NC

There's nothing spectacular about it, but nothing sucks either. If you get in late, it's hard finding a parking space. The only time I had a problem with noise was when the kids were out of school during the summer and stayed outside all evening and night. My neighbors are very friendly and not loud at all. Maintenance is fairly prompt and gets it right the first time. Management and office staff has changed. I no longer know the people in the office. I use to know everyone's name, but not anymore. Oh and I've been here since Jan 2006. Overall, I don't have any complaints.
