Dont be fooled by the low move in specials! Upon lease renewal, they will increase the rates substantially! VERY NOISEY at all times of day and night, dirty property, extremely disrespectful leasing office staff, poor insulation, limited hot water (why have a garden tub if the hot water wont last?!) Several break ins and one ASSAULT in the 1.5 years I have been here. Security gates serve no purpose because they are always broken. Security guard is worthless. (But some of your rent money goes to pay him!) Save yourself from getting stuck at this complex and experiencing lots of headache! Trust me, as soon as my lease it up, Im out of here. Your home is supposed to be your safe haven and a place for you to retreat to. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!
