Apartment Review for Waterford Square Apartments - Charlotte, NC

This place has gone to hell over the last few years. Pet owners NOT picking up after their dogs. I smoke outside on the "jailcell" type patio and have to smell dog shit. Unregistered/ broken down vehicles all over. They never tow them away after you call the office. Only once have I seen it happen, after the police came and took the tag off the car, that was parked in a reserved spot. And I have called the police many times for people "hiding" in, out of the way parking spaces doing drugs and one time having sex in a car!
