Apartment Review for Winterwood - Charlotte, NC

Last night 03/06/2006 around 8:55pm someone posing as a maintenance guy knocked on my door requesting to get in because he had a work order. I live alone with my 5 month old son. Petrified, I call 911 in which the dispatcher heard for herself the guy talking to me through my closed doors. She told me to call Winterwood maintenance to see if they had sent someone to my apartment...they said NO!! By the time the police and the "real maintenance" guy arrived the suspicious guy had disappeared. I had to call family members to come and get me and my son because I refuse to sleep another night there. THANK GOD MY LEASE IS UP APRIL 2,2006. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO MOVE HERE!!
